Ask a Question

Some of the most common questions I received from women has to do with brain health. Women are scared of "losing their minds", developing Alzheimer's disease or another type of dementia, and becoming unable to care for themselves. Aside from being one of the biggest fears that all people have, women at menopause find their brains "misfiring" .... and this causes the most concern. Some see depression or other disorders of the emotions to be inevitable. Not true!

In this section, we will address concerns that many women raise about their brain at midlife and beyond. You will find topics such as memory, sleep disturbance, depression, and mood swings, as well s recommendations to keep that brain healthy, recommended reading, and other resources that we find.

FinancialMind ~ WiserMoney

The WiserMind can also mean "Peace of Mind". For many of us, we achieve peace of mind when we and our families are "right" with the world. One thing that shatters peace of mind faster than anything is when our financial health is less than "right". Many women approaching retirement find they lack sufficient funds or perhaps no funds. Other women have just come through a major upheaval and transition in their lives and don't know the first thing about finances or where to start.

In FinancialMind, it's our goal to provide information, tools, and resources that can help put you back on track to achieve, reclaim, and even excel in your financial goals and thus enjoy our own Peace of Mind.
