Aging with Success

Age with SuccessI’m still amazed at how many women (and men) I see in my practice who seem to be hell bent on getting OLD. Just this past week, I had a 41 year old woman tell me that she went to the ER with her hurting ankle because… well…she’s getting old and her son though she should go. I’ve known this woman long enough, so I didn’t feel like I had to hide the fact that my jaw dropped!

I just do buy the fact that we are getting “old” to have anything to do with growing older. Getting old is a negative state of mind which translate into an “old body” if you will.

Fortunately, most of us do not want to go in the same direction as this woman was headed (and after our little talk, I’m hopeful that she will re-think her words). No do we have to.

Age with Success was written from the standpoint of what can we do to slow down and perhaps even shave off a few years of aging. Take a peak and see what you think….I’m sure you’ll find a few tips and techniques you can use on your quest for a healthy and positive aging experience.
